Shipping is only available within mainland Spain.
Free shipping on orders over €100.
This does not usually happen, but if an item is out of stock, we will contact you to provide a new delivery date or issue a refund.

Payment Methods
1. Bank transfer: Transfer the amount to LA CAIXA account ES76 2100 1707 5402 0028 6247, stating the order number in the payment reference. Then, send us proof of payment to info@babidibulibros.com to speed up the process, using the following subject line: “Web Order Bank Transfer No. __________”.
If we have not received proof of payment by email at info@babidibulibros.com within 3 calendar days, the order will be automatically cancelled.
2. PayPal: Direct payment through the payment gateway.
Delivery Time and Shipping Responsibility
The estimated delivery time for orders is 7 to 10 business days from payment confirmation. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping company, as this is an external service beyond our control.

Order Cancellation, Returns and Refunds
If, for any reason, we are unable to process your order, we will cancel it and notify you as soon as possible. Any amount paid will be refunded within 5 to 7 business days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without having to provide any reason within fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the products. The date stated on the carrier’s receipt signed by the Customer will be taken as the reference date. If the final day of this period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the deadline will be extended to the next business day.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify us by email at info@babidibulibros.com, stating their intention to return the order.
The refund will be made without undue delay and, in any event, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the withdrawal request. However, BABIDI-BÚ may withhold the refund until the returned product has been received or until the Customer has provided reliable proof that the product has been sent back.
The Customer must return the product in the same condition in which it was received, with all internal and external labels intact and in its original packaging. If the product shows signs of use, deterioration or damage, the return will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs will be borne by the Customer, who must ensure that an appropriate shipping service is used to prevent damage to the product during transit.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless the Customer expressly requests otherwise and provided that this does not result in any additional costs.
Pricing Policy
The prices shown in the catalogue include the super-reduced VAT rate applicable to books. Shipping costs are not included and will be displayed before the order is confirmed.
Reservation Policy
If you would like to reserve a book that is not yet available but is due to be released soon, please call us or send us an email.
